Please note that we conform to all current legislation with regard to the Data Protection Act. ORDERING An e-mail is automatically generated and sent to you upon placing an order online. Should there be a problem with any part of your order we will contact you as soon as we can so that you can decide how you wish to proceed with your order. If you can't find a product you are looking for please contact us online at info@magnummotorhomes.co.uk or by telephone 0870 879 6051 as we have many more items at our warehouse/shop. If you consider any part of your order to be incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days to notify us of any error or omission, if you do not do so, the order as described shall be deemed irrevocably confirmed. Where an item is out of stock, we will inform you by email or telephone. Some items may take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. REFUND POLICY In the event that you receive goods which are faulty please notify us within 7 days and return them along with the packaging for a full refund including p&p. In the event that your goods are damaged please notify us within 72hours of receiving the goods. If you are not satisfied with your goods for any other reason you may return them with original packaging within 7 days and you will be given a full refund excluding p&p. DELIVERY We aim to deliver within 7 working days although if a product is out of stock this may sometimes vary, we will always let you know if your order is likely to take longer than 7 working days. Delivery costs are calculated on the weight and size of the order, and against your postcode location. PAYMENT DETAILS We accept the following cards for payment online, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch, Solo, and Maestro. All items on our website include VAT @ 17.5%.
