Delivery Information
Delivery costs are calculated on total weight and size of your order. Goods are delivered by courier service. Before signing for goods please check the condition. Signing means you have received goods in good condition. If you are unable to check goods at time of delivery please write unchecked on form before signing with the courier.
Returns Policy
You are entitled to cancel your order provided that you exercise your right to do so within eight working days after the day on which you receive the product, and return the product to us in its original condition, unopened with any seals still intact.
Upon receipt, we will then refund the price you paid for the item but not our delivery cost.
Your right to return products does not apply to products which are made or customised to your specification.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
