Please note Magnum Motorhomes does not send items outside the UK.
All postage prices quoted on this website are for delivery to Zone 2 (according to the above map) For everything outside Zone 2 there will be an additional surcharge depending on which zone you fall into. For more information or to get an exact price please contact us with your full address and the items you wish to order. 01472 35 35 20
Any order placed for delivery outside zone 2 will incur a additional postage charge.
We try our best to send all order placed before 12noon on a next working day service, delivery of items outside Zone 2 please note there may be a day or 2 delay depending on your situation. Please leave either a telephone number or e-mail address and if an item is out of stock we will contact you letting you know the status of your order.
Anything larger that letter box size will require a signature and will be delivered between 8am and 6pm. If there is no one available to sign a card will be left and the item will go back to your nearest delivery depot.
For orders placed on the weekend or bank holidays the delivery time should be measures from the next working day.
In the vast majority of cases we are able to deliver your items within the timescales specified. However, please note that the delivery time is not a guarantee of delivery.
Cancelling your Order
If you wish to cancel your order at any time, please supply full order details together with your reason for cancelling and contact us on 01472 35 35 20

Returns Policy
When you sign for your delivery you are signing to say you have received the goods in working order. If you then discover after you have signed that there is a problem, your claim may not be upheld. However we do realise that it is not always convenient to check every delivery and therefore we have a 24 hour leniency on this and if you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel then there is a good chance your claim can and will still be processed.
Parts are faulty or damaged. We will either replace the part or give you a full refund (including postage costs). Please state which option you would prefer. If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive the faulty part from you before dispatching a new one
The part was incorrectly supplied. If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, a full refund (including postage costs) will of course be given.
Items ordered incorrectly, will be subject to a carriage charge for the return trip to us, this will be the same as the original delivery charge.
Parts should be returned to us by the most economical method. They remain your property until we have received them. |
